Reimagining retail in the suburbs - a historic

dining & retail precinct in Brisbane

What do people do for entertainment in the suburbs? How do they gather, shop and celebrate? And how can we help reinvent what a night - or day - out in the suburbs looks like?

Keperra Quarter, a greenfield site in suburban Brisbane, is the answer to these questions. Our user research and community needs analysis guided its development including design, marketing, tenant mix and planning strategy.

Community co-design with school children

Inner City schools face numerous challenges and opportunities. For our clients its growing student numbers meant the opportunity to reinvent the whole learning precinct (15ha), with new purpose-built spaces and an opening up to the broader community.

We conducted deep social space analysis, user research, and codesign with the whole school to build an environment that is sensitive to its students, community and context.
